Mr. Muhammad Shahed Kabir, Additional Secretary (Retired), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh - a dynamic civil servant, an accomplished administrator, and a respected trainer joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration Cadre) in 1994. He has since built an illustrious career marked by integrity, dedication, and excellence. He completed both his Bachelor's (Hon's) and Master's degrees from the prestigious Jahangirnagor University. Throughout his remarkable professional journey, he has served the nation in a wide range of important roles - including Assistant Commissioner & Magistrate, AC (Land), Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate, Senior Assistant Secretary and Deputy Director at the Land Administration Training Centre under the Ministry of Land. He also contributed significantly to the Ministries of Information, Education, and Water Resources. With deep expertise in land management and public administration, he has been closely associated with numerous national training programs and has guided many young officers through his teaching and mentoring. His lifelong contribution to land management has made him one of the most respected resource persons in this field. He is also the proud writer of the insightful publication "Sahaj Kothai Jomi-Joma."
